If you are already a customer you can order through our online purchasing portal QO or by calling our emailing our friendly customer experience team on 01234 324530.

Any discrepancies with your order, please notify us within 48 hours. Please note, non stock items are non-refundable and we do not collect items under £50. All items must be returned in original packaging, anything defaced will incur a re stock fee.

Our Head Office is based in Bedford but our distribution network covers the whole of the UK and Ireland. 

Our team offers extensive training on products, including on and off line guides and manuals, COSHH data folders, training videos and face to face demo's.
